WORK LOCATION: ANTANANARIVO / NOSY BE
MISSION:
Handle the administrative files of the Directorate.
Monitor the budgetary movement of the Directorate.
Lead and monitor the projects related to the quality approach of the Directorate’s scope in collaboration with all actors of the structure.
Participate in the audit and ensure the follow-up of post-audit actions.
DUTIES:
Take charge of administrative tasks:
Design and write letters, reports, and minutes.
Manage the Directorate’s agenda, prepare meetings and trips.
Produce minutes following various meetings.
Update tracking dashboards of commitments and achievements.
Conduct documentary research.
Proceed with the indexing, classification, and archiving of documents.
Respond to information requests from external sources and other services.
Select and disseminate information internally and externally.
Receive, process, and verify accounting documents:
Establish and follow up on purchase requests, purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
Ensure the follow-up & delivery of purchases made by IT service requesters.
Check invoices.
Establish and control inventories compared to orders placed.
Monitor the budget:
Set up regular routines with departments.
Control budget consumption in interface with the Finance Department (DAF).
Implement a tracking table.
Alert entities on out-of-budget states.
Ensure that the initial budget is followed.
Lead projects related to the standard and quality at the IT Directorate level:
Establish a roadmap and dashboard of all actions.
Raise awareness among the concerned actors.
Ensure the follow-up of actions of all processes.
Control deliverables in collaboration with department heads.
Share company values and actively participate in the implementation of the company’s SMI policy.
Inter-directorate collaboration:
Notify events related to airport security to the concerned service (SGS).
Report any relevant information for system improvement to the SGS Manager.
Report observed malfunctions and notify events related to occupational health and safety (SST).
Contribute to the analysis of SST events.
Comply with SST standards related to the position.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE).
Adopt safe working methods.
Take charge of any tasks inherent to the position assigned by the hierarchy.
IDEAL PROFILE:
Training:
Higher education: Bachelor’s degree +3 in Management.
Professional Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in administration or management in the IT field and/or as a QA controller, ideally acquired in a large-scale company.
